About the role: 
Become the new Account Manager in our Schools Division and work alongside our experienced consultants to establish and manage a fast-paced desk providing temporary staffing solutions to schools. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in achieving company goals, forging partnerships with clients, and expanding the business. Apply now and become a part of our dynamic team!  

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, account management or sales, and ideally education market knowledge and experience. Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships are essential. You will be a proactive self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for making a difference.  
  
To do this successfully you have:  

  • Proven experience in business development, recruitment, and/or sales 
  • Strong phone communication skills, with confidence in making and managing client and candidate discussions.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within an established team environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in responding to changing needs and priorities.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development.
  • A current Australian driver’s licence, full working rights in Australia, and willingness to obtain a Volunteer Working with Children Check.
