As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help us achieve our growth objectives.

Job Overview:

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant at Second Talent, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process with a strong focus on business development and achieving billable targets. Your role will involve generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional recruitment services to meet and exceed performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Second Talent’s client base.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to uncover potential clients and understand their recruitment needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the tech industry.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Recruitment & Candidate Management:

  • Source, attract, and screen high-quality tech candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for client requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Billable Targets & Performance:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly billable targets.
  • Monitor and report on personal performance against set KPIs and targets.
  • Develop strategies to maximize billable hours and revenue generation.

Relationship Management:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert advice on recruitment strategies and market trends.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Address and resolve client and candidate issues professionally and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, with a successful track record in business development and sales.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems.
