Position Overview

This is a “360 degree” Sales Recruitment Consultant role: you will be responsible for managing and growing an existing desk focused on all roles within the “Sales” function (BDMs, Account Managers, Territory Reps, Sales Managers etc.) as well as associated roles such as Project Managers, Operations staff and senior management. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates within a defined market vertical will be crucial to your success in this role.

Your Profile

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with experience in permanent recruitment within similar disciplines and who also displays the following attributes:

A good listener, capable of asking the questions that reveal what exactly a client is looking for and what a candidate is offering.
Assertive, confident and an ambitious goal setter – this is an environment in which good operators should be earning $130K pa.
Focused, resilient and optimistic
