Recruitment Coordinator (Remote)

Salary: P50,000- P60,000 (Monthly Gross Package)

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (12:30AM to 8:30AM Manila Time)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• 3+ years of previous recruiting experience in a corporate setting strongly preferred
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• Professional, helpful, courteous manner and a “customer is always first” mentality
• Eagerness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
• Motivated and energetic team player able to communicate effectively and professionally with candidates and internal staff
• Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment
• Ability to correctly analyze a situation and take appropriate action
• Ability to work proactively and independently on multiple administrative tasks
• Experience composing correspondence, keeping records, and preparing reports

What will you do?

• This supports our HUD and Government proposals
• Sales Teams use this data for clients
• Maintain data in our Applicant Tracking System
• Process applicant paperwork and maintain database
• Run background checks
• Collaborate with Recruitment Director to discuss staffing needs
