Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic US IT Recruiting Manager to lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters located in India and the USA. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in IT recruitment, especially in SAP and infrastructure-related roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing recruitment strategies, ensuring timely placements, and meeting business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters based in India and the USA.
- Provide guidance, training, and development to ensure recruiters meet performance goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of recruitment team members, offering feedback and coaching as needed.
- Foster a collaborative, results-oriented, and high-performing recruitment environment.
- Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent in SAP, infrastructure, and other IT roles.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including job requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, internal databases, and industry-specific platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, priorities, and timelines.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire are met or exceeded.
- Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment workflows.
- Ensure compliance with hiring laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and executive leadership.
- Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment metrics, hiring status, and market trends.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
- Market Insights & Employer Branding:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and talent market conditions, especially in the SAP and infrastructure domains.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company’s employer brand in India and the USA.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and industry events to attract top talent.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of IT recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong experience in SAP, infrastructure, and IT-related recruiting.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing geographically dispersed teams (India & USA) to meet hiring goals.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for SAP implementation, SAP RISE, and SAP infrastructure projects.
- Strong network and connections in the SAP and IT infrastructure talent pool.
- Experience working with a fast-paced, high-growth IT services company.
