Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and support our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, overseeing a team of recruiters, and building strong candidate pipelines. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sourcing, advanced proficiency with Boolean search techniques, and experience in full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles and industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet company hiring needs.
- Oversee the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and other sourcing methods to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
- Mentor and manage a team of recruiters, guiding sourcing strategies and best practices.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruiting plans.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize and improve the hiring process.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Conduct market research on hiring trends to stay updated on industry best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and talent communities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong expertise in Boolean search techniques for sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
- Proficient in ATS systems and recruitment tools.
- Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a wide variety of roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Rate
$8/hour
