Recruitment Specialis (Remote)

Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in recruitment, who are passionate about sourcing and hiring top talent for a wide range of industries. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement, and will play a key role in delivering talent solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Lead the sourcing and recruitment process for a variety of roles, ensuring that the best talent is identified and placed.

Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements across various job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases to attract top candidates.

Candidate Screening: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for open roles.

Interview Coordination: Schedule, organize, and conduct interviews with candidates, providing valuable feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and create customized recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

Candidate Sourcing: Use various sourcing methods such as job boards, LinkedIn, and networking to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates.

Offer Management: Present job offers to candidates, negotiate terms of employment, and ensure smooth communication throughout the offer process.

Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and improve existing recruitment processes to ensure efficiency.

Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain and build relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Market Research: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in recruitment and the job market to provide industry insights and enhance recruitment efforts.

HR Administration: Maintain detailed records of candidates, interviews, feedback, and placements, and generate reports for management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter or recruitment specialist, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment.

Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
