We are seeking proactive and dynamic Regional Sales Managers to join a growing team. This role focuses on student recruitment, engagement, and outreach for undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The ideal candidate will engage with students, families, and educational institutions to effectively drive the admissions process.
Role Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager will lead recruitment and business development efforts across Latin America. This role involves building strategic partnerships with schools, universities, and agencies, driving enrollment growth, and leading a team of counselors to achieve regional targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute student recruitment strategies for Latin America, focusing on schools, agencies, and direct outreach.
Lead a team of counselors by managing performance, providing coaching, and ensuring targets are met.
Build strong B2B partnerships with educational institutions, exchange agencies, and business schools.
Represent the organization at events, webinars, and educational fairs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement localized outreach strategies and campaigns.
Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to leadership.
Ensure a smooth application process for students by coordinating with internal teams for visa and admissions support.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the education sector.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5+ years of experience in sales, student recruitment, or business development, preferably within the international education sector.
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a strong plus).
Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders (schools, agencies, families).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related fields (MBA preferred).
Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and reporting systems.
Willingness to travel extensively across Latin America.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for education, startups, and international business.
