For one of our clients, we are looking for a Regional HR Generalist, remotely from European time zones.

As a Regional HR Generalist, your mission will be to drive impactful, people-centered initiatives across multiple locations, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for team members. You will collaborate with leadership to foster a strong, inclusive culture while leading global projects that enhance engagement, belonging, and development. From onboarding to ongoing growth, you will play a pivotal role in building high-performing, connected teams and supporting organizational effectiveness.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute global people initiatives, such as engagement programs, recognition strategies, and wellness plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and team members on performance management, team dynamics, and career growth.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for team members.
  • Leverage people analytics to inform workforce planning and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across multiple regions.
  • Partner with hiring teams to enhance the candidate-to-team member journey.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive culture across all teams by driving connections and engagement initiatives.

At least 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or People Partner roles, preferably in startups or high-growth environments.

Strong knowledge of global labor laws and compliance, particularly in European markets.

Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt to change, and address complex people challenges.

Exceptional empathy and interpersonal skills to connect with team members across levels and locations.

Data-driven mindset, capable of translating metrics into actionable strategies.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Collaborative approach, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
