We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Marketing Program Manager (RMPM) to join our Americas Field Organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing programs that drive demand, enhance customer engagement, and support the overall business objectives of Agilent for the BioPharma and Pharma segment.
This individual contributor position offers the opportunity to blend your business, creative and technical savvy to develop and manage marketing programs. Compensation in this role will have a component linked to a performance-based incentive.
The position requires strong marketing program and campaign design skills, including an ability to understand customer needs and translate these needs into successful marketing programs and campaigns that drive revenue growth and add a new dimension to customer interactions with Agilent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing programs tailored for AFO, aligning with global marketing strategies and regional business goals for BioPharma and Pharma segment including academic and life science research customers.
- Market/Customer Insight Driven Initiatives: Explore market trends, identify high growth focus areas in the segment with field sales and business development stakeholders in the region to provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaboration:Work closely with sales, product management, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts. Partner with Regional Marcom team to drive campaign execution. Connect across product lines to position the complete workflow solution offerings from Agilent in your marketing campaigns for the segment.
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Budget Management: Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Measuring and evaluating the short- and long-term impacts and return on investment of programs. Implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement of program strategy & design, as required.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers to enhance brand presence and drive business growth.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry or Biological Sciences or equivalent degree
- 8+ years of demonstrated results in a commercial marketing or business development role
Skills:
- Experience developing B2B marketing programs and campaigns to drive demand for new and existing products targeting scientists/labs in targeted markets
- Demonstrated results orientation, including developing fact-based and business goal focused plans that align with strategic objectives
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Effective project management and organizational skills
- Shown ability to understand the needs and buying influences of a scientific target audience

Additional Details
This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least January 9, 2025 or until the job is no longer posted. It is sales incentive eligible.
The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $137,850.00 – $275,700.00/yr USD in the US, or $117,467.00 – $195,778.00/yr CAD in Canada, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
