Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics in crucial U.S. markets.
- Design and implement a comprehensive annual marketing strategy, establishing clear quarterly targets that translate strategic aims into actionable campaigns.
- Develop and execute omnichannel marketing initiatives, crafting compelling content, collaborating with specialists, and introducing pioneering concepts to captivate target audiences.
- Create detailed project proposals, campaign briefs, and post-campaign assessment reports to facilitate ROI analysis and continuous enhancement.
- Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to design and implement an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach tailored for prospective clients.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with sales teams, integrating their insights to ensure marketing efforts align with sales processes.
- Utilize data insights and segmentation techniques to create and refine targeted audience lists effectively.
- Manage direct mail campaigns for local observances and oversee the regional events calendar.
- Attend, support, and assess the effectiveness of trade shows, conferences, and other events.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a Regional Marketing Specialist or comparable B2B marketing role, with a strong background in demand generation and marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing automation systems and CRM tools, paired with a data-centric approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational abilities, with a proven history of delivering outstanding results.
- An independent and proactive mindset, adept at juggling multiple projects while prioritizing key objectives.
- A curious and analytical approach, with a desire to explore new market opportunities and refine strategies for success.
- Creativity and adaptability, bringing innovative ideas to engage audiences and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
