Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning across key U.S. markets.
- Develop a comprehensive regional marketing plan with defined quarterly objectives, converting strategic aims into actionable campaigns targeting different stages of the sales funnel.
- Plan and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns, crafting compelling content and partnering with channel specialists to guarantee coherent messaging and innovative audience engagement strategies.
- Prepare project proposals, campaign briefs, and post-campaign evaluations to guide execution, analyze return on investment, and facilitate ongoing enhancements.
- Collaborate with sales teams to construct and implement a successful Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program tailored to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales team, integrating their feedback to ensure alignment with sales processes.
- Utilize database insights to develop optimized audience lists, applying segmentation techniques to target key personas effectively.
- Organize regional direct mail campaigns for local holidays and oversee the event calendar.
- Attend and assess the success of trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience as a Regional Marketing Specialist or in a comparable B2B marketing role, with an emphasis on demand generation and marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software, coupled with the ability to analyze data to inform decisions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational abilities, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- A proactive and independent work approach, capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- A strong desire to explore new markets, paired with a problem-solving mindset to refine strategies and address challenges.
- Adaptability and creativity, with the capability to revise strategies and introduce innovative ideas to enhance engagement and drive growth.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory.
