An exciting opportunity has become available for a Regional Operations Manager to join the Keyton team.
The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Resident Operations function within the region and driving regional performance to meet targets. This role is committed to fostering a customer-centric culture in alignment with Keyton’s Core Values, ensuring maximum resident satisfaction across all teams and stakeholder groups.
The successful candidate will focus on developing village and asset strategies, budgets, providing leadership and operational expertise to the northern NSW/Sydney villages as well as work collaboratively with the other Regional Operations Manager (NSW southern region) to achieve regional targets and key regional outcomes.
The successful candidate will be based in Sydney, with regular travel to sites across their villages in NSW.

About You
Your proactive and driven attitude will see you succeed in the team, as well as an ability to work autonomously to deliver wellbeing outcomes. Effective stakeholder engagement, strong communication and team management will be key to your success in this role, as will:
- Possessing an in-depth understanding of the Retirement Living Act and have proven experience in its implementation
- Prior experience in Retirement Living in a leadership/senior management capacity is ideal
- Strong people management capability with a preference for adopting a collaborative approach to decision making and focus on delivering results
- Strong financial reporting and budget management skills
- Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to foster strong relationships with key external and internal stakeholders
- A current Australian Driving Licence
- Asset and property management experience is desirable
