- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the unique characteristics of the Southeast Asia and Hong Kong regions, identifying key trends, customer preferences, and pain points.
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored to the product’s unique features and the specific needs of target customer segments.
- Design customer acquisition campaigns that effectively convert leads into loyal customers, using innovative techniques to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and customer feedback to stay ahead of competition and predict emerging opportunities.
- Regularly assess the competitive landscape to refine positioning strategies and ensure the product remains competitive and appealing to customers.
- Recommend adjustments to marketing plans based on insights gained from market trends and performance analytics.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact offline marketing initiatives, such as industry exhibitions, networking events, themed campaigns, and seminars.
- Leverage offline opportunities to create brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and boost product visibility in key markets.
- Track the success metrics of these activities, providing data-driven performance reports and actionable insights to guide future efforts.
- Partner closely with internal teams, including sales, product, solutions, and business development, ensuring alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Act as a bridge between teams, facilitating clear communication and coordinated actions to optimize marketing impact.
- Contribute to product development and positioning discussions based on market and customer insights.
- Develop high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content, tailored to the preferences and needs of diverse audiences.
- Craft compelling promotional campaigns that highlight product benefits, differentiate offerings, and resonate with regional markets.
- Provide ongoing marketing support to the sales and business development teams by equipping them with the necessary tools and resources to effectively pitch to potential clients.
- At least 3 years of experience in product marketing or market promotion;
- Excellent command of English, Chinese, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate directly with clients and manage cross-cultural interactions;
- Strong understanding of brand marketing and promotion strategies, with keen insight into product promotion opportunities;
- High sense of responsibility, able to work independently, and possess strong team collaboration skills.
- Can accept ENG speaking cdd, preferably with some knowledge or marketing experience in SEA (more focus on MY and ID, not necessarily entire SEA) + HK
