Regional Sales Manager East Coast Power Supplies Wfh | Get It Recruit – Marketing | United States

We’re dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, and we’re seeking experienced, self-motivated individuals with a proven track record in sales to drive our direct sales business in the Eastern region of the United States.
Job Description
As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for expanding our direct sales business by implementing strategic initiatives to grow your account pipeline and achieve annual sales targets. We’re seeking hunters who can confidently close multi-million dollar deals and drive success in the following areas:
Responsibilities
Develop and execute an annual sales business plan to achieve multi-million dollar sales goals.
Identify, prospect, and close OEM direct accounts, maintaining a focus on high-quality Tier 1 customers.
Provide leadership and guidance to Regional Manufacturing Reps to drive performance and achieve targets.
Conduct occasional travel to visit strategic accounts, deliver presentations, foster relationships, and resolve issues as needed.
Take on a secondary Project/Account Management role during New Product Introduction (NPI) product development.
Desired Skills & Experience
Proven experience in business development and maintaining customer relationships, with a preference for Tier 1 customers such as Amazon, Dell, Apple, and Google.
Background in the power supply market, ideally with hardware manufacturing sales experience.
Demonstrated success in closing multi-million dollar deals and developing top-tier customers.
Experience with NPI program management and a strong understanding of the product development process.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Technical background in Electric and/or Mechanical engineering is a plus.
Willingness to travel as required to support sales goals, with domestic and international travel generally less than 50% of the time.
High degree of honesty, integrity, and sound judgment.
Location: Remote Eastern US (Philadelphia, NJ, MA, CT, VT, VA, MD, NC, SC, GA, FL)
Compensation
Base salary: $110,000 – $140,000, plus bonus and employee benefits.
Bonus: Expected to be approximately 20% of base salary. Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
