About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team and play a key role in the growth of our Equipment Trailer product line. Launched in 2020, this product line offers a wide variety of premium trailers, including car haulers, heavy-duty equipment trailers, split tilts, utility trailers, and more! As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and executing successful strategies to expand sales within your designated territory. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of this innovative product line while building and managing a strong network of dealers.

This remote role requires proximity to a large metropolitan area and an international airport, and your territory will cover the states of MT, WY, NE, KS, UT, AZ, CA, WA, and TX.

Compensation

Competitive base salary of $90-100k/year, plus an annual bonus.

Total compensation up to $120k/year.

Once your territory is developed and new dealers are established, the compensation structure will shift to include commissions on new trailer sales, providing the potential for dramatically increased earnings.

We are looking for motivated sales professionals who are driven by performance-based compensation!

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Network Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with dealers in your assigned territory, ensuring robust distribution of our Equipment Trailer product line.

Dealer Support and Management: Ensure dealers are in compliance with sales and service agreements, and manage their minimum stocking quantities, performance standards, and incentive programs.

Inventory Management: Oversee dealers’ inventory levels to align with production schedules and ensure monthly and annual sales goals are consistently met.

Market Intelligence: Gather and share valuable competitive and market insights to help inform pricing strategies and guide decisions on new product development.

Skills, Knowledge, And Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5-8 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Experience in the equipment trailer industry or related fields (such as semitrailers or utility trailers) is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience in establishing and managing dealer distribution networks, preferably within the trailer or equipment industry.

A valid driver’s license, an insurable driving record, and reliable transportation for travel (50-70% of the time).
