Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager at Mitra9 Brands. This role involves achieving depletion and profitability goals, maintaining brand pricing standards, and monitoring distributor program execution. The position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to drive results through effective management of distributor relationships and sales teams. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will be tasked with meeting sales targets, analyzing data to drive growth, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize sales efforts.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Market Trend Analysis skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous experience in the beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Profitability Management: Execute strategies to achieve depletion and profitability targets, ensuring adherence to brand pricing standards in the market.
- Distributor Program Oversight: Monitor and manage distributor program execution, ensuring alignment with established goals and plans. Develop and implement programs that support brand initiatives.
- Distributor Engagement and Development: Conduct quarterly visits to each distributor, collaborating with their sales teams to identify and leverage selling opportunities across all channels.
- Leadership and Team Motivation: Lead and inspire distributor sales teams and executives, establishing respect as an effective spokesperson for the company. Provide motivation and guidance to enhance sales performance.
- Budget and Financial Management: Oversee sales promotion budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies and objectives. Develop programs that maximize ROI for both the company and distributor partners while avoiding overspending.
- Marketing and Program Coordination: Establish a working cadence with distributor marketing managers to develop programming calendars and review results and spend post-program.
- Inventory and Order Management: Facilitate communication with the Supply team regarding inventory needs and ensure timely order placement based on analysis of order cycles and depletion reports.
- Analytical Review: Analyze quarterly order cycles and depletion reports to generate timely and adequate orders, aligning with brand budgets and market trends.
