Kforce’s client is seeking a Remote Regional Service Manager on the West Coast to manage a team of Field Service Engineers (Imaging, CT/MRI) and travel up to 50% to customer hospital sites.
General Responsibilities:
- Business Management: Plan and manage the Company Service business for the assigned customer
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers receive optimum levels of service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with the Company
- Administrative/Other Tasks: Perform administrative and other tasks required of the position, that support the Company, Service, and the assigned customer
- Meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of the business for the assigned customer
- Where applicable, manage training for personnel resources to ensure only trained personnel are servicing equipment
- Immediate Supervisor: Zone Service Director
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Field Service Engineers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent preferred
- Three to five years of experience in service management or equivalent experience
Minimum Physical Expectations:
- Sitting or standing for long periods of time
- Physical activity that requires keyboarding, typing, and reading on a computer, sitting, phone work and filing
- Talking on the telephone and in person
- Physical activity that sometimes involves lifting over 25 pounds but not more than 50 pounds
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
