Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning initiatives, including communication frameworks and team assemblies.
  • Regularly assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure your team’s success.
  • Formulate strategies to boost customer engagement and retention, while identifying upsell prospects.
  • Provide expert guidance to your team in resolving escalated customer concerns efficiently.
  • Mentor your team members to enhance their professional growth and skill development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and promote individual development plans.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by working alongside Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Support teams to address customer needs.
  • Collaborate on documentation efforts, maintaining high quality and attention to detail.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in the Customer Success domain, with a focus on SaaS or software industries.
  • Proven history of achieving outstanding customer success outcomes.
  • Ability to lead and nurture a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to enhance performance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel for team events up to four times annually.
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian is a bonus.
