Due to business growth, our client now offers an exciting opportunity to join their Portfolio Advisor team in a relationship management style customer service role.  

About The Role

We are searching for 3 individuals looking to join the Portfolio Advisor team. 

You will have a portfolio of high value clients and customers who require specialist customer service. They will all be from the medical industry and may be high net worth customers, members of large corporates, or customers who have had previous negative experience and require specialist care. 

This is an exciting opportunity to make a step up in your career to a more specialist team requiring resilience and the understanding and appreciation of providing high quality customer service. 
  
Duties:

  • Managing and looking after your own portfolio of clients and customers across, phone, email and chat as required. 
  • Member retention and related activities ensuring all portfolio members are retained. 
  • Supporting the wider business development and sales teams identifying potential cross business sales opportunities.

Skills & Experience

  • A solid track record of delivering quality customer service in a phone based environment – This role is all about providing service excellence to your clientele.
  • Resilience and ability to deal with customer complaints 
  • Willingness and ability to collaborate with colleagues and the wider customer service and sales team. 
  • Proven ability to build long term successful relationships engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
