We are currently searching for a new, full-time member for our team for the position of: Relativity Administrator ******Must be U.S. Citizen with Active Secret clearance or Ability to Obtain and Maintain ****** We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Relativity Administrator to join our team, supporting our federal government client instance of Relativity. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the effective preparation, processing, and delivery of collections, review cases, and productions using Relativity, File Intelligence, and other eDiscovery tools. Position Responsibilities: Support a federal government instance of Relativity, delivering excellent customer service and solutions to stakeholders. Prepare, process, and deliver collections, to review cases, and productions using Relativity, File Intelligence, and other eDiscovery tools. Assist in scheduling customer deliverables throughout the internal workflow system. Respond swiftly and accurately to day-to-day customer requests and support tickets in coordination with other duties. Utilize Relativity expertise to provide support and training related to case functionality, document review and tagging, database administration tasks, advanced troubleshooting, and consultation on workflow solutions. Deliver well-articulated, balanced, and informed communications consistently. Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables throughout established processes, procedures, and best practices. Participate in the development of new processes and technology enhancements to promote efficiency. Establish, refine, and document processes and methodologies to enable successful delivery and quality control. Serve as a key federal government stakeholder in the development of technical project documentation. Establish collaborative and engaging relationships with all co-workers and federal team members. Develop strong partnerships with federal clients and support team leaders to contribute to extraordinary customer service delivery. Assist management and customers with other client service tasks as required. Minimum Requirements BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience is required. 3+ years of federal experience in eDiscovery-litigation support as a Relativity Administrator. U.S. Citizenship is required for this U.S. Federal Government client. Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance and nice to have a Public Trust Clearance. Experience and familiarity with eDiscovery services covering all aspects of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). Mandatory and must possess active Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams-non-technical business leaders and federal government clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile work environment. Experience and familiar with eDiscovery services covering all realms of the EDRM. Previous work experience with SQL tables, scripting and Relativity templates and applications. Proficient in Microsoft applications. Comprehensive understanding of all data management, MS Office 365, and Cloud environments. MUST be willing to consent to a background check including a criminal record check, employment, and education verification.
