Job Description: Global Retail Channel Manager (SIM Cards) – UCloudlink (Nasdaq: UCL)

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative channel sales manager (responsible for SIM card business) to drive our business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for the development and maintenance of the company’s global SIM card and eSIM card business retail channels, establishing channel sales processes and operational standards.
2. Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics of existing SIM card and eSIM card products to develop effective sales strategies.
3. Identify and develop new market opportunities, establish and expand the customer base to ensure continuous business growth.
4. Collect and follow up on prospective clients, maintain customer resources.
5. Conduct market research, customer analysis, and timely reflect market information.
6. Regularly report sales performance and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in marketing preferred.
2. Over 5 years of relevant SIM card sales experience, understanding of the SIM card and eSIM market, with related channel resources, and more than 3 years of experience in overseas channel development.
3. Quick response, strong expression ability, strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, and approachability.
4. Willing to travel and adapt to work schedules across different time zones, able to work in English.
5. Responsible, able to withstand high work pressure, develop customers offline, and expand customers from 0 to 1.
6. I hope to be proficient in Chinese and fluent in spoken English.

任职要求
1、本科以上学历,市场营销等专业优先;
2、5年以上相关SIM卡销售工作经验,了解SIM卡、eSIM市场,具有相关渠道资源;
3、反应敏捷、表达能力强,具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧,具有亲和力;
4、愿意出差并适应不同时区的工作时间表,英语能做工作语言;
5、有责任心,能承受较大的工作压力,线下开拓客户,0-1拓展客户。
6、希望会中文,英语口语流利。
