Research And Development Manager (Remote)

Role Summary: We are looking for a hands-on Manager with extensive experience in web technologies and cloud computing to join our dynamic startup.

This role requires a passionate leader with a solid technical foundation and a keen interest in innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-On Development: Lead the development of scalable web applications, actively participating in coding and technical problem-solving.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring the implementation of best practices and high-quality code.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product and design teams to define technical solutions and system architecture.
• Full Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and maintenance.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring robust security, scalability, and performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies and practices into the development process.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with React and Node.js.
• Cloud Expertise: At least 3 years of experience with AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development practices.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Python.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies.
