Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Research and Development Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of our new product development. This role involves managing the design, development, and certification of new cosmetic products, ensuring they are produced to the highest standards and within set timelines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cosmetic product development and a strong understanding of industry regulations and certification processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the research and development of new nail/beauty products from concept to launch.
• Manage and coordinate the design, development, and production processes to ensure timely delivery of new products.
• Oversee the cosmetic certification process, ensuring all products meet regulatory standards and certifications in all territories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and production, to develop innovative and high-quality products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new product development.
• Ensure all products meet safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Research and Development Manager or in a similar role within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic product development, formulation, and certification processes.
• Experience managing product development projects from concept to launch.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
