Job Description:

As a Research Engineer specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs), you will play a critical role in advancing our generative AI capabilities. You will work alongside a world-class team of researchers and engineers to develop and refine state-of-the-art AI models that power our innovative products and services. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of groundbreaking technology in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development on Large Language Models (LLMs) to push the boundaries of what generative AI can achieve.
• Design, implement, and evaluate novel algorithms and architectures for LLMs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research outcomes into scalable AI solutions.
• Optimize and fine-tune existing models to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability.
• Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals, and contribute to the broader AI research community.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the company.
• Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Proven experience with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) and their applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct high-quality research, evidenced by publications in top-tier conferences or journals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in scaling AI models for real-world applications.
• Knowledge of data engineering and software development best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Previous experience in mentoring or leading research teams.
