POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a critical-thinking and analytical Research & Insights Specialist to develop our research offering. In this role, you will design, execute, and analyze in-depth research leveraging influencers and their audiences as the main source to uncover culturally relevant insights. You will also be responsible for developing methodologies, tools, and approaches to data collection, analysis, and reporting. By engaging with diverse audiences, you will gather and interpret data that provides valuable knowledge and drives strategic business decisions for the agency and our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research Study Design & Execution: Develop and implement research methodologies using influencers and influencers’ audiences as the primary sample to capture both qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze data from influencer-driven studies and third-party sources, identifying trends, cultural nuances, and actionable insights.
- Reporting & Insights: Produce comprehensive reports that translate research findings into strategic recommendations for influencer marketing campaigns.
- Methodology & Tool Development: Develop multiple methodologies, tools, and approaches for data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure robust and accurate insights.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze industry trends, audience behaviors, and cultural shifts to inform future research and marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with influencers, data scientists, and internal teams to ensure research studies align with client goals and campaign strategies.
- Client Presentations: Present research insights and recommendations to clients, providing clear and actionable data that support their marketing objectives.
- Innovation: Continuously explore new methodologies and tools for influencer-based research to keep EC Intelligence at the forefront of the industry.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 4+ years of experience in research, preferably in influencer marketing, market research, or consumer insights.
- Strong knowledge of multicultural marketing and the ability to capture culturally relevant insights..
- Proven experience in designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies.
- Expert in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong skills in creating compelling presentations to effectively communicate research findings.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Experience with influencer marketing and using digital platforms for data collection.
- Proficiency in research tools and methodologies (e.g., surveys, interviews, data analysis software).
- Highly proficient writing and speaking English language skills are required, Spanish language is a plus.
