We are looking for a dynamic Resident Sales Manager to join our team and help us expand our presence and drive growth in this region.

 

Position Overview:

The Resident Sales Manager, reporting directly to the Management team, will be responsible for developing the market of active and potential customers across the Asian markets. This role aims to increase our share of active customers and maintain high customer loyalty. Following a comprehensive training course on our products and the reference market, the ideal candidate will organize loyalty visits, acquire new customers, manage commercial relationships, and propose new products and solutions to foster business development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the customer base within the Asian markets.
  • Conduct regular loyalty visits to existing customers to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify and target potential new customers, presenting our products and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Manage and nurture commercial relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Propose innovative products and solutions to enhance the business development of assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with the management team to set targets and measure progress toward achieving sales goals.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of 2-5 years in a similar sales role, preferably within the HO.RE.CA sector.
  • Strong commercial skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • High level of adaptability and initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Asian markets as required.

 

Languages:

  • Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional Asian languages is a plus.
