Create impact as a Retail Insurance Strategy Principal

• Strategic support for the RIA CEO & Executive team, including Board strategy and investor day materials.
• Lead and support strategy development for “high-impact” topics across RIA Business Units, including growth, retention, customer experience, loyalty, supply chain, digital & AI.
• Explore “future of insurance” topics including emerging trends, innovation and future business models.

ABOUT YOU

• Solid experience consulting with and/or working at large, complex, matrix organisations, experience within a leading strategy consulting firm preferred
• Broad and high-level functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy, digital, supply chain, product, project management, marketing, agile
• First class problem-solving toolkit – strong logical reasoning and creative thinking skills, comfortable working with ambiguous, undefined problem contexts, with the ability to lead analytical and conceptual problem-solving with a wide variety of stakeholders
• Strong quantitative aptitude
• Extensive experience in influencing, managing and presenting to a diverse range of stakeholders, from executive teams to line managers
• Excellent written communication skills to deliver against the standard required for an executive audience
• Undergraduate / Master degree with outstanding academic record. MBA not essential but looked upon favourably.
