2.Job Description
2.1 Main responsibility:
Set up & Develop Karofi Stores (online and offline)
• Find & propose suitable places for opening Karofi stores.
• Build & develop Karofi stores, ensure functional and optimal visual appeal.
• Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
• Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Prepare annual budget, schedule expenditure.
Propose & execute sales campaign to meet or exceed sales target
• Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Propose sales campaigns to boost sell out.
• Formulate pricing
Ensure availability of merchandise
• Handle inventory management, including stock level monitoring, ordering, and organizing.
• Study the market demand and competitor to propose the competitive items.
• Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
• Coordinating storage and transportation of goods at an offsite warehouse.
2.2 Requirements:
Graduated from University majoring in Business Administration, Marketing Management, and Commercial Management.
Have at least 5 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in water purifiers or home appliance products.
Proficient in English in 4 skills (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
Analyze, synthesize, plan, organize and update, process information and coordinate and lead internal teams and other departments to deliver the company’s common goals.
Ability to work independently or in groups, have high ownership of work, coaching and team leadership, and can withstand high work pressure.
Have analytical skills and understanding of marketing techniques to coordinate with marketing agencies.
Proven success in selling on Amazon with a track record of notable achievements is highly preferred.
