The Role

This is a permanent, full-time position as a Retail Support Manager reporting directly to the Store Operations Manager. The role will be base at our Movenpick Store, Missionbay. You will be responsible for ensuring Franchisees and Licensees are supported and brand compliance. This role will be the direct contact point between Franchisees and Licensees in terms of training and brand auditing for NZN & Movenpick outlets.


In order to make this happen, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Retail
  • Ensure store standards are met and followed
  • Ensure brand compliance for all NZN & Movenpick stores in the North Island
  • Conduct store visits to review standards and follow up with feedback and reports on findings for continuous improvements
  • Train all new franchisees and licensees and conduct periodic outlet operational audits
  • Assist with ROM and Marketing Dept with NPD
