Scope of the Role

We seek a talented and dynamic for a talented and experienced Retention Marketing Manager to lead our retention strategies and foster profitable long-term relationships with our clients. This role will focus on email and SMS marketing, ideally using Klaviyo, to drive customer engagement and loyalty. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales and Marketing to increase customer retention and build the company’s overall customer management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute highly segmented, personalised, and targeted email/SMS marketing campaigns to nurture long-term customer relationships
• Lead the formulation of CRM strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives
• Regularly assess and analyse customer data (e.g., behaviour, engagement, rewards redemptions) to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
• Research beauty industry trends and emerging opportunities to enhance CRM strategies
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to integrate retention strategies with customer acquisition efforts
• Manage and optimise Klaviyo (or a similar platform) for retention marketing, ensuring efficient execution
• Perform other related tasks as required

Requirements

• Excellent English Communication Skills (Minimum C1)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field)
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in retention marketing or similar roles, with proficiency in CRM systems
• Strong expertise in email/SMS marketing (preferably with Klaviyo)
• Familiarity with digital marketing best practices and metrics
• Experience in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus
• Excellent multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Open to feedback and adaptable to new strategies
