Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Revenue Operations with a background in selling electronic health record (EHR) software and, ideally, hands-on experience in behavioral health EHR implementation or working for a behavioral health services provider. This role is critical to driving operational excellence and ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and business development functions in a mission-driven SaaS company.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the behavioral health EHR landscape, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement
- Develop high-impact sales tools and materials, including value propositions, pitch decks, case studies, and battle cards.
- Conduct sales training sessions to ensure teams understand product positioning, competitive differentiators, and key messaging.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define messaging frameworks, value propositions, and strategies tailored to specific customer segments, and to refine strategies that drive deal progression and revenue growth.
- Partner with sales to gather market insights and feedback to refine positioning and materials.
Marketing and Demand Generation Support
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive data to inform product marketing strategies.
- Use quantitative and qualitative insights to identify new opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Partner with marketing to ensure lead generation, scoring, and nurturing processes are seamlessly aligned with sales workflows.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement based on industry trends.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in the integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems.
Revenue Analytics and Insights
- Optimize and maintain revenue processes, CRM systems, and tools to enhance productivity and pipeline visibility.
- Analyze data across the sales funnel to identify trends, improve forecasting, and optimize conversion rates.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Use insights from sales data to refine strategies and tactics.
Business Partnerships
- Collaborate with business development teams to optimize partner onboarding and performance tracking processes.
- Provide operational support for growing partnerships, ensuring alignment with revenue objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a strategic partner to sales, marketing, and business development teams, ensuring alignment on goals and initiatives.
- Provide feedback to product and implementation teams based on customer and market insights.
- Drive cross-functional adoption of tools, processes, and best practices through effective communication and training.
What We’re Looking For
- EHR Expertise: Experience selling EHR software is required; background in behavioral health EHR implementation or working for a behavioral health provider is highly preferred.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5–7 years in revenue operations, sales operations, sales, marketing, or a related role, with specific experience in EHR sales.
- Behavioral Health Knowledge: Experience with behavioral health EHR systems, implementation, or a background in behavioral health services is highly preferred.
- Sales Focus: Demonstrated success in equipping sales teams with tools, resources, and insights to drive revenue growth.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively.
- Strategic yet Hands-On: Ability to craft strategy and execute it, balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams, fostering alignment and driving results.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in analyzing market data, customer insights, and product metrics to inform decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms and the Microsoft Office suite.

Pay: $110,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
