About the Role

We are seeking a talented Rich Media and HTML Ad Designer to join our dynamic creative team within iion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital advertising and a keen eye for detail, creating engaging and visually stunning ad experiences. You will work closely with the creative strategist and the advertiser success and sales teams to design and implement innovative ad solutions that drive brand outcomes and high customer engagement.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and develop rich media / HTML5 and playable ads for iOS/Android platforms as well as websites, ensuring they are visually appealing and functional across all devices.
• Create highly engaging ad concepts and code them into html5 ads
• Collaborate with the strategist and ad sales teams to understand campaign objectives and target audience, translating these into effective ad designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital advertising, recommending new approaches as needed.
• Test and optimize ads for performance, using A/B testing and analytics to refine designs.
• Ensure all ads comply with industry standards and platform specifications
• Create ad mockups by superimposing ads into screenshots and videos of games.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital advertising design, specifically with rich media and HTML5.
• Experience in Playable Ads or Mini Game creation a big plus
• Understanding of programmatic advertising and data-driven design preferred.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in coding interactive ads.
• Skills with Phaser 3, Playcanvas, Threejs, Generative AI, Open AI, Meta & llama a big plus
• Skilled in developing, optimizing and reworking code to meet specific customers requirements.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of rich media and HTML ad projects.
