We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Operations Risk Program Execution Consultant II to join our esteemed team in a fully remote capacity. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about risk management and eager to contribute meaningfully to our risk programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a variety of risk programs, including risk control self-assessment (RCSA), regulatory change initiatives, and issues management.
• Actively participate in the development of risk programs to ensure they align with regulatory requirements and the strategic objectives of the organization.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs, offering valuable insights and engaging in relevant working groups.
• Educate and mentor business partners and team members regarding best practices for risk program implementation and management.
• Facilitate collaboration as a liaison among various teams, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.
• Provide strategic recommendations for updates to policies and procedures that govern risk program execution.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with business leaders and risk partners across the organization.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for leadership forums and relevant committees.

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of risk and regulatory concepts, including credit, market, liquidity, compliance, operational, reputational, and strategic risks.
• Exceptional communication skills, complemented by critical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills and governance competencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in risk management within the financial services sector or a related domain.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), or other advanced risk certifications.
• American Banker Association (ABA) Operational Risk Management Certification.
• Adaptability and enthusiasm in navigating evolving risk strategies and demands.
