What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage projects involving the implementation of sourcing and inventory management solutions for clients in commercial research and higher education
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to define project approach, set deadlines, and monitor project progress
• Serve as a functional advisor, translating client business requirements into effective solutions
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and facilitate issue resolution sessions
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of business experience with at least 3 years in application implementations or consulting services
• 1-3 years of experience with Consulting, Supply Chain, Sourcing, or R&D software applications preferred
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20-30%)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience implementing software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions or ERPs with systems integration
• Knowledge of R&D business processes in pharmaceutical, biotech, or university settings
• Familiarity with inventory management concepts and data analytics for optimization
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, SmartSheet, Project, Visio, Excel, and Word
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to drive tasks to resolution
