The RTCDP Developer plays a critical role in the development and enhancement of real-time customer data platforms (RTCDPs) designed to optimize customer interactions and improve overall user engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RTCDP solutions using current technologies.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for data retrieval and integration.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to create effective data models.
• Integrate third-party APIs and data sources into the RTCDP.
• Optimize real-time data processing for user-specific customer insights.
• Ensure data quality and consistency throughout various stages of data flow.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot existing applications.
• Lead code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Work in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality projects on time.
• Document development processes and system architecture for future reference.
• Participate in the design of the platform’s next-generation architecture.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in data platforms.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Adobe Real Time CDP and good understanding of Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies
• 3+ years of data management experience, focusing on customer data platforms.
• Minimum of 3-4 successful projects involving Adobe Real-Time CDP.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, segmentation, and marketing strategies.
• Proficient in integrating Adobe RTCDP with various digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Adobe RTCDP Certification is must
• Strong in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JavaScript Frameworks, Front end frameworks, Responsive /Mobile Design, Cross browser development, Content Management systems, Testing/Debugging
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and development.
• Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
