Sage X Erp Manufacturing Consultant (Remote)

Essential Responsibilities

• Act as Manufacturing lead on Sage X3 projects.
• Conduct analysis of client business financial business processes and functional requirements.
• Act as a manufacturing subject matter expert and propose optimal solutions to manufacturers to improve business processes and optimize use of Sage X3 software
• Working closely with End Users to implement Sage X3 in their environment.
• Provide full-time support to their Sage X3 system and response to issues logged by client on Jira support.
• Uncover pain points and understand the prospective clients short-term and long-term strategic objectives, working with the business solutions team to recommend tools and robust solutions that will help prospective clients achieve their business goals
• Prepares appropriate documentation to communicate and validate the information.
• Analyze data, evaluates existing application products, and recommends efficient, cost-effective solutions which support client business processes and functional requirements.
• Document functional requirements, workflow, and and write future state system design specifications.
• Training of the client to use this new information system and progress in their current roles.

Role Requirements

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
• 3 – 5 years of prior experience in ERP software implementation
• At least 5 years of working experience with Sage X3 OR 3 – 5 full-life cycle sage X3 Implementations
• Preference will be given to Sage X3 Manufacturing certified consultants.
• Experience with the SAP Crystal Reports is plus.
• Ideal candidate will have worked in a manufacturing environment for 2-3 years. Candidates with industrial manufacturing experience will be considered a strong plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to compose thoughtful, well-written emails, notes, and internal communication
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment while meeting goals and deadlines
• Highly organized, with strong ability to prioritize and multitask
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Jira.
