Working with Clean Globe Cambodia as a Business Development Specialist, you will be essential to extending our reach and spurring growth. You’ll locate, assess, and seize new business prospects in B2B industries. Among your duties will be carrying out market research, forming strategic alliances, and crafting strong business proposals. A highly driven individual with excellent analytical abilities and a love of innovation will be the chosen applicant.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and industry events.
• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach).
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Sales & Account Management:
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis & Research:
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Analyze competitor activities and develop competitive strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
• Track and analyze sales performance against targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Teamwork & Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to achieve sales goals.
• Share best practices and knowledge with the sales team.
Accountabilities:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Increase market share and expand customer base.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically.
• Contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
– At least 3 years of relevant job experience in business development, sales, and marketing.
– The candidate should possess the following qualities: self-motivation, critical thinking, strong teamwork, task and goal orientation, flexibility, and a keen attention to detail.
– The candidate should have strong business knowledge of software and telecommunications and strong communication and people engagement skills to explore potential business opportunities with partners.
– Finally, fluency in Khmer, English, and Chinese is a plus.
