💼 About The Role

We are looking for a sales-oriented professional who has a successful track record in exceeding targets.

The primary duty of the Sales Account Executive is to work with clients looking to hire a ghostwriter to write, edit and produce their book. You will be presenting information regarding professional writing tiers and publishing options. Conversations are conducted over the phone and Zoom in a consulting manner advising clients on desired products; negotiating payment terms and follow up to ensure 100% satisfaction.

😊 About You

  • Has at least 4 years B2C telephone sales experience.
  • Experience selling a luxury product.
  • Has strong objection handling skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Is a team player by heart – you will be working with our great editorial team making sure they are set up for successful project delivery.
  • Is tech savvy (we use G Suite, Hubspot, ..).
  • Is results oriented, has excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Is self-motivated, disciplined and a self-starter.
  • Has great communication skills and strong oral & written presentation skills.
  • Is proactive in identifying and developing new business opportunities from telephone, email and other sales inquiry methods.

Bonus points if you have

  • B2B sales experience on top of B2C.
