We are hiring a Sales Account Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the same field, preferably in the Translation industry.
The Sales Account Manager shall be responsible for successful completion of the following tasks and activities.
Job Description and Key Responsibilities:
- Managing key accounts.
- Acting as a bridge between clients and the internal teams.
- Ensuring that the clients’ queries are addressed promptly.
- Devising strategies to approach prospects.
- Addressing different ways to retain clients.
- Following up on open quotes, prospects through emails and phone calls.
- Assisting with Proposals, NDAs, etc whenever required
- Making Sales and maintaining the assigned sales targets for the region.
- Hiring, interviewing, training and directing the regional sales team.
- Making and amending rules and policies for the regional sales team.
- Understanding and handling client related matters.
- Attending and providing department related updated to the board of directors on weekly/monthly company meetings.
- Feeding information into the sales related CRM.
- Arranging for client meetings and meeting with existing clients on regular basis.
- Handling the regional office affairs as the sales account manager.
- Drafting, pitching and submitting responses for RFP’s.
- Short stay and travelling for work and meetings.
- Assisting targets to sales team members and monitoring the performance of the team.
- Providing technical and non-technical assistance to the sale team.
- Providing training to the sale’s team of sales related software’s, CRM etc.
- Coordinating with the production and other departments within the company for work related matters.
- Taking full responsibility of all the tasks assigned by the Managing Director which is related to work or sales department.
- Preparing quotation, assigning tasks to production teams and making sure quality of work is up to mark.
Working Conditions:
• Official working hours are set from 9 am till 6 pm (EST) with an hour of lunch break, Monday through Friday.
• This position requires availability on demand outside working hours or through the weekends for any urgent requests and when there is a business need.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in the Sales, preferably in the translation and localization industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in the Translation field.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• High organizational skills.
• Details oriented.
• Hard-worker.
• Can work under stress and meet the deadlines
