The Role

As the Sales Account Manager (Open Enrolment), you will be tasked to provide high touch customer support for the full sales cycle (eg: lead generation to sale through to product delivery) in the region. This role requires strong relationship building skills, an outstanding customer service mindset combined with due diligence in operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales revenue and fill rate for Open Enrolment and In-company development programs across the region.
  • Handle new business leads and customer registrations for both new and existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and departments to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer interactions and data via Dynamics database.
  • Coordinate with Client Services for smooth participant registration processes.
  • Participate in trade shows, sales events, webinars, and web demos.
  • Generate and validate quotations, price estimations, and project deliveries.
  • Provide support in resolving sales order, billing, and customer-related issues.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate business or market development, selling executive training programs with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales/client management with large MNC clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ethical in interactions.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with keen attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with willingness to travel up to 20% for client site visits.
