Role Overview:

As a Sales Agent at Skill Set Specialists, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new clients within the BPO and call center industries. Your primary tasks will include cold calling, email outreach, and door-to-door sales efforts to establish relationships with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, target-driven, and capable of building strong business relationships, all while thriving in a commission-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively reach out to potential clients in the BPO and call center sectors, using cold calling, email campaigns, and door-to-door visits.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads for recruitment opportunities, focusing on companies in need of high-quality staffing solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured pipeline of leads, track communications, and follow up diligently to close deals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Present recruitment services to prospective clients, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs within the BPO and call center industry.
  • Achieving Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a commission-based environment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or door-to-door sales. Previous experience in recruitment sales or within the BPO and call center sectors is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable with direct sales efforts (cold calling, door-to-door).
  • Driven by results and commission-based compensation.
  • Positive, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

Compensation:

  • Commission Structure: Earn 15% – 20% commission on each successful client placement. Commission is paid based on the order amount per client placed.
  • Uncapped Earning Potential: The more clients you place, the higher your earning potential.
