About the role
Top Media is a Baltic company expanding operations into Dubai and looking for the First Hire to lead Sales and Client Relations in the region. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing new client relationships and driving business growth as we enter the Dubai market. Your efforts will play a key role in building our presence and shaping the future of our Dubai operations.

Key responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Reach clients through email, social media, industry groups, forums, and by attending events and conferences to expand your network and drive business.
- Client Management: Ensure long-term client satisfaction and collaboration by managing their needs and upselling services.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate directly with the CEO and production team to align client needs with our services, ensuring seamless communication from start to finish.
Target markets
We have found the most success helping clients grow in the Travel and FinTech sectors.
- Travel Industry: Airlines, hotels, car rentals, cruises, travel companies, yacht rentals.
- FinTech Marketing: Loans, peer-to-peer funding, crowdfunding, investments, trading, Web3, e-commerce, and crypto.
- You are free to pursue other industries if you can spot opportunities!
Must haves
- ✅ Sales Experience: Proven success in sales.
- ✅ Networking: Ability to relentlessly build and develop a professional network.
- ✅ Communication: Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
- ✅ Location: You are working remotely but located in Dubai, frequently attending events and meeting clients face-to-face.
- ✅ Language: Excellent English.
Nice to haves
- Russian Language: Proficiency in Russian.
- Industry experience: Any meaningful experience in the travel or financial services industries.
- Network: An existing network or added knowledge of how to best develop it in Dubai.
- Marketing knowledge: Some knowledge or experience with digital marketing services.
