**About the Role:**
We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executives to join our team at Go Green Home. The ideal candidates will be highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have a **proven, verified track record** of success in the solar energy industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and close deals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
* Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
* Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
* Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and performance.
**Required Qualifications and Skills:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* **3-5 years of proven experience** in sales and marketing, preferably in the solar energy industry.
* **Proven, verified track record** of success in sales and marketing.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
* **Fluency in English is essential.**
* **Preference will be given to candidates with experience in overseas energy companies.**

Compensation:
