We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team, specializing in software product sales and lead generation with 2-3 years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, identifying and nurturing leads, and contributing to marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and generate business growth.
Key Responsibilities-
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their software needs.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of software products to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels such as email campaigns, social media, cold calling, and industry events.
- Maintain an updated database of prospects and leads using CRM tools.
- Develop tailored outreach strategies to engage potential customers.
Marketing Support:
- Contribute to the creation of promotional materials, brochures, and email campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Support online marketing activities, including social media engagement, webinars, and digital ads.
Key Qualifications & Skills-
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in sales, marketing, or lead generation, preferably in the software industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software products, SaaS, or IT solutions is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proactivity: Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tech Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing platforms is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
