The Language Doctors are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Our company is dedicated to breaking language barriers and connecting cultures worldwide. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, manage advertising campaigns, and lead our sales initiatives to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development

• Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and market research.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to expand our market presence, through cold calling.

Campaign Management

• Develop, implement, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and ad performance analysis to maximize ROI.
• Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Performance Analysis

• Analize data using tools such as Google Analytics and prepare regular reports on sales and campaign performance.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with design, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Align marketing and sales strategies to optimize lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and brand positioning.

Innovation and Adaptation

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and marketing.
• Proactively incorporate innovations into strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Professional English speaker with written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot CRM, and Google Analytics.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong portfolio of campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Collaboration and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Available Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
