Job Description: Sales and Marketing Intern/Fresher

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Student/Fresher to join our team. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

2. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website.

4. Implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and conversions.

5. Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects through effective communication and regular follow-ups.

6. Develop and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products or services.

7. Identify customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet their requirements.

8. Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales efforts.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure alignment and support sales objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry.

3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to think creatively and strategically.

6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

7. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
