Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our sales growth and developing innovative marketing strategies to establish Write Edge Malaysia as a market leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and achieve sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to expand our reach.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.
• Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue goals.
• Monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics to optimize our approach.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the education or related industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and resourceful with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus
• Proficient in using marketing tools and software.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Working Hours: Tues – Fri: 1pm – 10pm; Sat: 9am-6pm
