We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Executive/Manager to take our sales efforts to the next level and help fuel our rapid growth.

Job Overview:

The Sales Executive/Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires an individual who is passionate about sales, has a deep understanding of the livestreaming industry (or related tech/SaaS space), and possesses strong leadership skills to manage client pipelines and sales processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and close deals with new business prospects, focusing on industries with livestreaming needs such as events, media, and corporate communications.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding their evolving needs and providing tailored solutions with Hexastreams’ services.
  • Sales Pipeline: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, clear documentation, and accurate forecasting.
  • Lead Nurturing: Work closely with the SDR team to transition qualified leads into closed deals, guiding prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with clients and industry partners, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy: Provide insights and feedback to improve the sales process, pricing strategies, and overall business development approach.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on outreach strategies, client needs, and market positioning.
  • Leadership (if managerial role): Lead, mentor, and manage a small sales team to ensure targets are met and the team is working efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales executive or sales management role, ideally in the tech, SaaS, or livestreaming industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, especially if leading a team.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying proactive and results-driven.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Passion for the livestreaming industry or experience working in related fields (events, tech, media) is a plus.
