Role Description
Position: Sales & Administrative Specialist
Location: Remote Nigeria
Reporting to: United-Kingdom-based team
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: #300,000 – #500,000 Monthly
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and outbound outreach strategies (cold calling, emails, social media, etc.). 70% will involve actively searching for and approaching potential B2B clients – calling is a must
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing the value of the company’s products or services.
- Drive Sales Success: You’ll plan, lead, and enhance the sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in line with DNV’s goals. Your focus will be on bringing in and closing commercial leads.
- Expand Our Reach: Work with the local team to meet business requirements and exceed targets. You’ll play a key role in acquiring new customers through cold calling and mailing.
- Innovate and Lead: You’ll submit new ideas and innovations for sales activities, monitor the market to identify needs and propose sales policies and plans.
- Build Relationships: You’ll manage and nurture relationships with new and existing customers and clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Excellence: Achieve KPIs for new product sales, prepare and sign offers and contracts, and continuously monitor and improve sales processes.
Qualifications
- Excellent and fluent command of English
- Previous experience in the cleaning or maintenance industry is a plus
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a sales and administrative role, preferably with experience in the Asian retail market or an international sales environment.
• Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and communication tools. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Personal Qualities: Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a focus on building client relationships. Comfortable working in a remote, multi-time-zone team setting.
